It is the hands-on manipulation of deep and superficial muscles, connective tissues, and joints to promote relaxation and a sense of wellbeing. The increase in blood flow to the tissues will promote greater circulation to gastrointestinal organs, the lymphatic system, and increase flexibility. Clients often report a reduction of their symptoms from stress when they receive massage treatments on a regular basis.
